30-day money-back guarantee
CYCS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all LabourLedger purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to project slots, admin seats and foreman seats, on both first purchases and yearly renewals.
How to request a refund
Payments for LabourLedger are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used for the order, or contact us at support@cycs.cy and we will arrange it for you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle normally processes refunds within a few business days; your bank may take longer to display them. When a purchase is refunded, the related project slots or seats are removed from your company's capacity, and projects beyond your remaining allowance become read-only.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a yearly subscription at any time from the Billing page or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
