How the paid add-ons work
When you go past the free allowance, you buy exactly what you need: one slot per extra project and one seat per extra user. Each purchase runs for a 1-year term and renews automatically unless you cancel. Capacity is added to your company immediately after payment, and every purchase and renewal is recorded in your billing history with a receipt.

Billing questions
Payments, invoices, VAT and cancellations are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all LabourLedger orders. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the Billing page in the app or at paddle.net. For anything else, email support@cycs.cy.
